What not to submit

Do not send alarm, gate, garage, lockbox, or hidden-key codes; detailed itineraries; financial information; or security-system details through the public website.

How information is used

Assessment information is used to evaluate service fit, respond to your request, recommend an appropriate membership, and improve the customer experience. We do not promise that submitting an assessment creates a service relationship.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that support approved website, communication, scheduling, or payment functions. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices
