This website describes potential home-stewardship services. Availability, territory, final pricing, visit frequency, property requirements, and scope are confirmed only through an approved written service agreement.

No emergency service

Vesta Home Stewardship is not an emergency-response, security-monitoring, medical, legal, property-management, or public-safety service. Call 911 or the appropriate authority for immediate danger.

Assessment requests

Submitting an assessment does not guarantee acceptance, reserve availability, or create a membership, fiduciary relationship, or service obligation.

Pricing

Displayed membership ranges are preliminary starting points. Final pricing depends on property complexity, location, frequency, scope, and approved add-ons.

Partner services

Certain services, including culinary or specialized vendor work, may be coordinated through independent approved providers and are subject to separate availability and terms.
